Splish Splash!

Kairi had a playdate the other day with her friend Ryland while mommy went to do some major grocery shopping in Beaverton. It was a great day for Kairi. She had loads of fun. And her first bubble bath!!! :)

A girl of many talents...

So, we were sitting on mommy's bed and we were singing to Taylor Swift when I got an idea. I have a guitar and I wanted to see if Kairi can play as well as Taylor. I handed Kairi the guitar and she was strumming away! It was super cute. IMO: She was better then Taylor.

Kairi loves playing with mommy on the bed...but tonight she was doing a little independent play. Mommy was on her laptop so she decided to bring out Kairi's laptop.

Sleepytime

Kairi cannot fall asleep without laying on my back or my chest. It's a ritual before bedtime. Another ritual is her talking herself to sleep. Such a cute thing couldn't go unblogged.

P.S. She snores.

Baby Beethoven

Kairi LOVES the piano. She always wants to play it. Well tonight, I actually had room on my camera to take pictures of her piano playing...AND she had a special pianist to do a duet with her! Her cousin Joseph! So sit back and relax. Prepare to be astounded by Kairi's piano playing.

So, this was Joseph's when he was littler...but we decided to try Kairi on this. She wasn't quite tall enough to touch the ground so I had to stay next to her, But she loved it. She slid off it a couple times into my lap but she loved to bounce. But I expected that...she's my bouncy baby.

We got new clothes from Natalie and among them all was a little tutu. It was a little small for her, but we couldn't resist trying it on. So here you go!

Just some updates to catch us up.

So since you are 10 months old now...I need to catch us up.

From birth til now, you have done a lot of amazing stuff.

You are now eating solid foods (well mum mums and stuff) and are eating baby food. You wear size 12 month clothes and you are learning to walk. Your first word was mama (makes me so proud) and shortly after was dada. You love bashing on mom and dad's computer and you love to dance with mama.

Your first baby food experience was with peaches. You love airplanes. You love everything. You are such a happy baby. And I love you. Everyone loves you. It's hard not to love you.
